CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT

COURSE INTRODUCTION

The Certificate in Business Management is aimed at enabling students to acquire basic knowledge in Business Management. On completion of the two semester programme the student will be able to understand management issues that pertain to various organizations. The programme will prepare them for career in public, private and non-governmental sectors. They will also be qualified to pursue diplomas in the discipline.

 

By the end of this programme, the learner is expected to:

  • Explain management concepts and principles
  • Apply knowledge and skills in a variety of business and management issues to promote effective business management practices.
  • Pursue further training in business.

To qualify for admission the candidate must have obtained a mean grade of at least D+ (plus) at KCSE level or equivalent qualifications.

Certificate in business management is a two semester programme. To graduate the candidate must cover 36 CFs.

Full Time  Ksh – 30,000 per Semester
