COURSE INTRODUCTION

The diploma in Education primary is designed to produce teachers with in-depth understanding of the subject matter, sound professional skills and ability to adapt to the ever changing educational needs in Kenya. Its focus is on quality instruction and management of primary schools.

By the end of this Programme, the graduate should be able to:

Enhance teaching subject content and pedagogical knowledge, skills and attitudes
Handle subject areas taught in primary schools
Demonstrate enhanced leadership and managerial skills

The candidate to be admitted must satisfy the following criteria mean Grade D

2 semesters: Full-time

Full Time Ksh-30,000/=/semester
