The diploma in Education primary is designed to produce teachers with in-depth understanding of the subject matter, sound professional skills and ability to adapt to the ever changing educational needs in Kenya. Its focus is on quality instruction and management of primary schools.

The candidate to be admitted must satisfy the following criteria: A holder of mean Grade C (Plain) and a P1 certificate or A holder of KCSE with a minimum grade of D+ (Plus) and P1 certificate with a teaching experience of at least 2 years
The diploma in education (primary) Programme takes a minimum of two years. A student should take a minimum of 90 CFs to qualify for diploma in
education, primary option. The Programme will be offered in fulltime, school-based, ODEL and blended approaches
Full Time Ksh – 35,000 per Semester
